This is a con. Do not engage with them. Do not buy or become a member.

I’ve been getting charged for wines that I did not order – or receive!! For instance – £90 last year, £10 ten days earlier & £2.45 two weeks later – & received nothing. I think there is a scam going on within “Winedrops”

This company is a scam. You will be tricked into signing-up for a free trial and they will then debit your card for £100+ without telling you. They will then refuse to refund you. Do not under any circumstances go anywhere near them.

Not even worth a star. I have unsubscribed and you keep calling from different mobile numbers.

Scam company avoid – Fraud

Wouldn’t bother as the free trial is automatic membership with no refund. They will give you £50 voucher but if you cancel they offer it you anyway. Shame and bad practise

Refusing to refund me the yearly subscription, When I contacted them as soon as it came out. There was no reminded on the subscription happening. I had only downloaded the app to check something out and didn’t use it at all. I think it’s disgusting that money was taken out of my account without any reminders especially when it was never used. Refusing to refund someone for something that was never used it’s just beyond ridiculous!!!

Awful service and I am reporting terms and conditions to the consumer bodies – be prepared to pay an unexpected fee if you even try and look at the wine selection this company purports to offer.

Created account accidentally after clicking through an Instagram ad, received no emails to exercise cancellation rights. Bank account charged £119 for a service I’ll never use and Wine Drops refused to refund. My experience has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend.

Avoid downloading the app. I got charged a full years subscription for downloading the app and not even setting up the profile.

Takes money without full consent and has very unclear misleading advertising.

Do not join or sign up to this company. They charge you the subscription fee of £90 without any notice, this was a recommendation and on your first order you receive a bottle of wine worth £200 so Winedrops Claim, upon receipt of this bottle it transpires that it is sold at £23/£24 on various websites. False claims saying that it is a £200 bottle. When queried, it was based on data that they obtained…I responded to ask what they would do about it, as this their business of selling Wines etc…no answer has been received and totally ingored. Avoid and save you £90 subscription to go on a case of Primitivo elsewhere

Scammers, do not download app they will take £90 from your account without warning.

Do not buy or download I had £150 taken out of my account just before Christmas and apparently I can’t get it back. I haven’t bought anything nor do I have a membership! Very disappointing and horrible company!
