It’s early to tell, having only put one order through but the experience is a bit pushy. The reductions are potentially inflated and the stock often low.Purchases are immediate as you select a bottle to go into your basket, which isn’t clear from the outset.Not tried the wine yet! Not tested the customer service yet! However, I had a nice conversation with the sales person who offered me a free trial.

Often won’t ship wines on offer saying ordered to many for them to make profit . I would avoid

Interesting selection of wines but you’ve need to have the time available to check the app regularly to take full advantage of the offers. Not sure I’m fully signed up to the level of engagement required, but putting first selection together, so we’ll see.,.

Great service and excellent wines. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the quality more than made up for it.

Apparently easy to use app that entice you into sales and quite an expensive annual membership before having made and or received any purchases let alone drunk them And so this review is created to enter a prize draw of a bottle of wine allegedly worth £500 presumably at Continental prices?Quite challenging to write currently I will have to see whether or not the advertising hype is met?

I didn’t like the way my subscription started, without asking me a direct payment but taking directly the money like a direct debit. I decided to give another chance by buying bottles

Confusing subscription, but I did receive two free bottles of wine and have found some good deals but you do have to search

So fare iv only purchased my first 6 bottles and iv checked the cost with vino wine app and so fare the price of the wine on wine drop is exaggerated eg wine per bottle £200 wine drop say £45 but when you look online you can pick it up gor the same price, but iv paid £111 per year for the app . Not a happy man so far

I find that you inflate the recommended prices of some of the wine making you think you are getting a much better deal I have bought the same wine in my supermarket sometimes less than you cost and if you take the delivery cost £1.50ish per bottle it’s even cheaper

I wanted to try this company out so made an account, had to input my card details and everything seemed in order. I also thought I checked that I wasn’t on a subscription where money would be taken from my account however then £119 was taken out of my account a few days after making an account. I emailed them and said I didn’t want this, and to be fair to them they said I could get a refund if I email this refund email address and fill in this form. So I did emailed the refund people filled in the form and my god some of the questions on that refund form were ridiculous and clearly designed to catch you out. They asked for make and location of the phone I used when I made the subscription for example. Once I completed this very long form I eventually got my refund, so I’m not actually annoyed at winedrops I just think you really have remember a lot to just get a simple refund!

It’s OK, there are some pretty expensive wines on there and not a lot of bargains. I joined because of the ads regarding Veuve Clicquot but disappointingly haven’t seen it on the site once

Wine deals are good but it’s not very clear how it works.Ended up buying two bottles on a good deal within my 10 day free trail and then realised you have to order 6 before they ship (an additional £6.99 cost). They take your money when you buy the bottle, not when the ‘case’ is full.

Great wine but was told porkies when I signed up. Was told they sold Oyster Bay at £5 a bottle when I told them that’s what my wife liked. That being said the wines I have bought are really good.Probably won’t renew as membership at £90 a year a little steep.

I can’t offer a true opinion of this product yet as I have not received anything to judge fairly.the selection of wines don’t seem to be the wines I would normally drink.Also on price checking with the membership the wines are not the cheapest but I will be happy to put more reviews later down the road.

Good wine fast delivery

Enjoyed access to the wines. However at £6.99 for delivery feels unnecessary and the price comparison is often the most expensive price for that product on the market, rather than what I would refer to as a “normal price” for the wine. And occasionally the price comparison can be compared to a wine from a different year! Feels very misleading and I would advise everyone to do your research before taking their price “drops” as gospel, they can occasionally come in a few pounds cheaper, however it’s not always the cheapest place to get it and you’ve already paid the membership fees (and then delivery on top)

Really need to double check the deals and if you just want to look at the app stay on top of your free trial because it’s impossible to get your £100 back and cancel

App not completely intuitive, but it’s okay when you get used to navigating your way around. I missed how much the initial subscription was which I wouldn’t have signed up to if I’d realised. However that said the wine is of a high quality.

Mixed feelings about this app, the discounts they claim are always benchmarked vs extremely high end prices. With a simple google search you can find the same lower prices via other providers. Also the membership deal is not very clear when you sign up (although if you look more carefully everything is disclosed). Not worth the membership but once you are stuck they do have ok deals occasionally.

There’s a variety of wines available. Make sure you cancel your membership on time though. There are no reminders and you will not be refunded.

Good discounts on lovely wines. Could be clearer at sign up on what you’re signing up to. App easy to use.

Having been a customer for a while I can say that I have had a very few bargains but the owners always benchmark against a very high price. They are misleading people on how much they could be saving. More often than not I find someone selling the same wine for a similar or cheaper price.Benchmarking is not finding the highest price, it’s finding the average and you are not doing this.

I like the concept of a professional wine merchant sources discounted quality wines.
I find the app clunky and confusing especially when selecting wines for my case and search options when looking for wine types.
