The company can have some very good deals but their after sale service is dreadful. My 1st order never arrived. After approximately 2 weeks my 2nd order arrived and the driver informed me my 1st order had got broken in the van. I contacted Winedrops and they have refused to replace it even though they had the wine in stock. This could be because the wine was on offer at the original ordering. I can use the credit or have a refund. I think this is bad business. I ordered and paid for a specific wine and they refused to fulfill the order.
