I was apprehensive at first, but the service has been good and a quick delivery. The £90 for the year was explained to me but the fact that it was non refundable was not until after I had paid it. Also it adds the bought bottles to your “cellar” which does not automatically dispatch them until you get to 6 bottle or you dispatch them manually. But it charges your bank there and then. Again this was not explained I had to work ot out myself.

Friendly and professional customer service, prompt delivery and a very easy to use app – excellent all round!

I’ve been thinking about it for a while and decided to go ahead and try it. I have received my first 6 bottles which was relatively straightforward. I kept receiving emails asking me to sign up so I pointed this out to winedrops and they have promised to sort it out. I didn’t receive a free bottle of whispering angel so I purchased 2. So far so good.

There is some hidden features of the app when you sign in, which only allows to browse certain wines at the beginning, hence I did opt out after the trial. However after receiving my first box, must say that the quality of wine for the price is unbeatable. Wine is absolutely fantastic and no
shop/supermarket in UK can beat that. I might be joining again afterall. Thanks wine drops.

Great variety, great prices. However there is a high subscription cost, which means you have to be using it very regularly to feel like it is a value add

I had a problem with charges from my account.
I received a phone call within 24 hour refunded the money .
And a credit to my account.
They were extremely sorry for the inconvenience it caused myself and dealt with the problem extremely effectively.

After a sticky start to my account and communications, all is now good and I am very happy with the Winedrops way of buying wine. I like the simple to understand and use app, I like the flexibility of how you can buy / build / ship cases or half cases etc. just taken delivery of my next 12 bottles. And, there is a huge variety of wine to suit most budgets with good summary description’s and tasting notes. Highly recommended.

I’ve just received my first case and have been checking the prices from other suppliers. The discounts are not as great as stated since the pre-discount price seems to be somewhat inflated. Especially if you factor in the membership fee.I’m increasing my star rating as the wine deals are still good value and the wines have all been excellent quality.

The delivery arrived a little before the time quoted which was good as I didn’t have to spend time waiting around for my delivery

I made my first purchase about 3 weeks ago just after joining. The wine prices were more expensive than you had led me to believe but the quality is excellent and so far so good.

Excellent wines!
Great speedy service and lot of excellent wines on offer. One minor thing that could be improved would be if perhaps there is no delivery charge if you order 6 or more bottles. Overall I really like this company!
