Just bought my first 6 bottles from Winedrops and the delivery and ordering worked just fine, its a different way of ordering wine completely from say naked wines but I thought I would give it a go. You never know what you may be offered daily and you don’t have to buy a full case, you can mix and match over a period of time but there seems to be a good selection coming up on offer.

UPDATE :They turned it around for me; customer service got back to me and sorted refunds etc. quickly once I spoke with them. Selection of wines is good and reasonably priced and I’m looking forward to ordering my next case. Delivery was very quick too. App is not always smoothest is my only other criticism.Original review :Feels like a scam to be honest. I signed up to a free trial, they were very communicative up until this point where they overcharged me for 2 wines and charged for another that I hadn’t ordered. Hoping that they will turn this around as I am really disappointed in their poor customer service.

Great delivery service ..
Whilst the wine is an interesting selection their Courier DPL are excellent. Always deliver in the slot they give me and very obliging . I would have given 5 stars if the drops had more reds. For me too much French wine and too much white wine. 1 of each every day would be good.

Amazing wines
Overall not a lot not to like can be challenging not to buy all that is offered.

The wine is delicious. However, communication wasn’t the best when my first delivery was damaged in transit. I felt like I had to chase up what was happening. Another order was processed luckily in time for Christmas.
I find the App not very user friendly for simple information like delivery times.

Quality of wine
The company has a good selection of wine and delivery is prompt. The annual charge and delivery costs might put people off. The option of storage until you have 6,12 etc bottles is a good idea and the quality of wine to date has been good.

quick and easy to use. good prices but sometimes not market leading and you have to research wines as they state scores on different vintages to the ones they’re selling
