While the issue wasn’t caused by Winedrops, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, and Winedrops handled the situation reasonably. The courier claimed they made a delivery attempt, but our security cameras showed no evidence of their presence on the specified date. Unfortunately, I’ve now lost the chance to get a case of Rioja, which is currently unavailable.

I’ve only been a member for a couple of months, so I’m still testing the service, but everything has been satisfactory up to now.

There are some excellent wines available at reasonable prices, particularly the declassified options, although the app can be a bit unreliable.

Overall, a positive experience, although the website occasionally presents problems. The delivery charges appear to be quite high.

It’s a smart concept, and they offer some fantastic wines. The prices differ, with some genuine deals available. I’d rate it around 4.5, but the app does frustrate me somewhat. The wine itself is not the issue.
