Overall not a lot not to like can be challenging not to buy all that is offered.

The wine is delicious. However, communication wasn’t the best when my first delivery was damaged in transit. I felt like I had to chase up what was happening. Another order was processed luckily in time for Christmas.I find the App not very user friendly for simple information like delivery times.

Easy to use and wide choices

After speaking with the team, they have been very good and understood my point of view and offered me a refund.I wouldn’t believe any of the positive reviews written about this company, the app is very poor and theirs is about 7 wines to touch from in total.They will start off by offering you the free trial just to get your bank details and then they will charge you the £90 and never give it back. It is a scam company.

Would like to thank this company for a very fast response to my complaint. Think there was some misunderstanding when it came to subscribing and I wasn’t expecting to be charged for a subscription without subscribing myself. I emailed the company and they got back to me quickly. Many thanks

Should be perfect, but!
I have to start by saying this is a trust worthy company! And if you can do it! Your knowledge and expectation of wine will change!!
They should be 5 stars but all the monthly fee with delivery fee is where the consumer might as well buy in store. It all adds up!!!
The short time I could afford to be a member the deals and wine were, honestly out of this world. If you have the cash to splash I highly recommend. Until the company can afford to lower monthly fees or include delivery charges. I’m afraid I can’t rejoin.

Good customer service the guy I spoke to was great. My delivery arrived quickly. Only issue is the wines are quite pricey as this is marketed as trying to save you money most wines are in the £11-25 mark

We were intrigued at first on viewing winedrops Instagram ads so put our details down and received a phone call from one of the very kind team explaining everything. So far we are pleasantly surprised by the number of wines that pop up on the app within our typical budget, and we can’t wait to try our first box over Christmas! We have used NakedWines and VirginWines in the past and we enjoy that the Wine Drops bottles feel more authentically from the vineyards, judging by the labels written in all of the original languages!

It’s really interesting having a daily wine drop. My niece recommended this and I’ve loved it. The only reason it’s 4 stars rather than 5 is I was disappointed with the quality of the Mystery bottle. Apart from than a fun experience and I wil know more once sampled.
