The wine is great, the new app is great and the customer service is great. Only downside is having to pay an annual subscription with no monthly option.

I really like the concept and looking forward to sampling the wines I have chosen, I am disappointed that some of the wines don’t hang around for longer or that you cannot reserve some over maybe a 7 to 14 day period.

New to the app. Was told there were more variety when joining up.Will wait and see.Also delivery took 6 days rather than 3

Easy to order through the app with a good variety of wine. If you’re looking for a really cheap wine, this is not the place if on average you’re spending £10-£15 per bottle then this is perfect. Some great wine on here at fantastic prices. Would recommend but the cost of postage will soon mount up. I pay £25 for a years worth of postage from a different Wine Club so I think this is something they need to look at.

Some great Italian reds this time.
Delivery works well. I enjoy the game and get chance to buy some great Spanish red and classic Bordeaux.
I’d like to see some of the nine Beaujolais areas wine,at knock down prices of course!

I found the same rosé considerably cheaper (20%) than Winedrops advertised and they matched the price. Very helpful but also good to shop around.

No fantastic wines amongst the selection. Disappointed there’s nothing exceptional there. Won’t be trying this expensive experiment again!

Lots of new and interesting wines to chose from. I like the way in which wine drops gives the information of wines through the app.

Responsive customer service and quick delivery
Quick delivery with DHL not Evri makes massive difference. Dispatched & delivered within 24hrs. Limited selection on free trial, but the quality of wines is good.
