Useful trial
It’s useful to have a trial but unfortunately the main shop isn’t available on a standard/trial membership which defeats the object of it. Would like to see wines in my price bracket.

Lovely wines, and the best part… I choose what I like. Also a great opportunity to try and discover new flavours and favourites.

Would recommend as they have occasional great discounts
Winedrops have great occasional deals on wine and I have been able to take Advantage of them.

Quite often though the price shown for bottles before discount is more expensive than it actually should be except for when they have great discounts as mentioned preciously.

I had a terrible delivery experience ( due to yodel) and their customer experience team did a great job in making sure I would still receive the bottles or get a credit for the bottles that were stolen.

Really easy discussion with the salesperson. Didn’t feel like a sale but cleverly led towards it. Not an issue as wanted to try the service. Have purchased first 6 bottles and and transaction was smooth. Was promised that a bottle would be placed on the account and it never was. Have also never received an invite to the What’s App group. But wine is good.

Received my first winedrops order, two days late in arriving! I have to say I was a tad confused at the sign up process, expecting a trial offer to begin with, maybe confusing it with some other company’s. I’d looked at!Anyway, I’ve sampled two of the wines I ended up ordering, 770 miles Zinfandel red 2022, it was a bit harsh initially but second day it had toned down and ended up quite a pleasant drink. Grove Estate Shiraz 2020, got to say I’ve had better Supermarket bottles at a tenner! So the jury’s out at the moment but still have two wines yet to sample.

Access to great wines at affordable prices. I normally order just one or two at a time and wait until 6 bottles triggers a delivery so the cost is spread out over a few weeks making cost easier to budget for. Brilliant idea!

Good value. Would like to see more South African wines.

Famous wines at bargain prices (whispering angel veuve etc) suddenly go out of stock once you’ve handed over £90. Prices when adding in high shipping charges aren’t significantly better than other online retailers. Often hard to compare as well known wines are in scarce supply here. The membership fee is what wine drops is all about. It’s bait and switch for wine.

Great deals, although some times the price showing as the RRP is not absolutely correct, as a simple Google search allows to find better prices. But in 6/10 drops the price is certainly more competitive on Winedrops. Have been using for 4 months and intend to continue to do so

The wine is great, the new app is great and the customer service is great. Only downside is having to pay an annual subscription with no monthly option.

New to the app. Was told there were more variety when joining up.
Will wait and see.
