Couldn’t be easier
Wine ordered and delivered within a couple of working days, ready to drink. When you have 6 bottles in your bag, delivery is triggered and a Delivery charge of £6.99 for box of 6 bottles is charged. It would be good if you could make bigger boxes to improve value.

We love winedrops as a company however we don’t rate the courier service who they use.The wines when they finally arrive are fantastic and very tasty but the last two times DHL have been really bad at delivering on time.

Great buying experience and great selection of wines not widely available at good prices only gripe is the delivery charges especially given the high spend on products

Easy to use, good delivery, customer support is ok. Only down side is the discounts shown are based on the highest price they seem to be able to find when in reality you can get it at similar price most of the time pretty easily.

Very often great savings, and most of the time you can’t get these wines on the high street, so kind of exclusive.£90 a year seems a lot but you’ll quickly save more than that if you drink wine regularly

First experience wasn’t great but not terrible, Jonny the Owner really went out of his way to help me and resorted my faith. I have received some beautiful bottles of wine that I wouldn’t ordinary buy & I have also received some of my faves at a reasonable price.

Great way of having good quality wines with good descriptions that give you confidence to try different wines and styles

Great wines. 4 starts because it’s quite pricey £100 per year plus you still pay for each bottle around £10 -£15 or more( if you really want to get a great wine) but you know how it works while signing up.
The annoying thing for me was the fact that at the top of this all you still have to pay for the delivery £5.99 or £8.99 depending on how many wines you order. This should be covered, in my opinion, by the company.

i enjoy this App. I’ve bought some wines that are great value from here, although it does tempt me above my usual budget. Don’t believe all the negative reviews from people who probably struggle to tie their own shoelaces.The £90 annual fee is totally explained when you sign up for MEMBERSHIP.

Some great deals & great customer service. I always check the RRP price quoted before purchasing any wine as usually the discount is not as large as advertised (other sites cheaper than the example used) but Winedrops is usually the cheapest so still very keenly priced.

Easy to order and quick delivery.Nice wins at reasonable price.

EDIT: Winedrops have refunded me the £90 amount. It’s worth to keep emailing and following up with them as ultimately if you haven’t used the app or ordered anything you should be able to get the amount back. All in all although it was a slow response Winedrops ultimately acted responsibly and fairly, which I greatly appreciate. Good customer service.

The prices and wine options are great, however paying for each bottle individually is slightly annoying, would be much better if you could build the box and review it first.

Wines are good, although not always best priced. The annual subscription fee and the delivery costs make it less competitive than others.

Fun concept pricy wine but overall something worth trying for the experience

Was really dubious after my first order, firstly dhl said parcel refused but hadn’t been attempted. When it finally arrived a bottle had been smashed and the parcel repackaged and looked in sorry state. Found it frustrating that you can not speak to anyone on the phone non the less the email was dealt with very quickly and I was happy with the credit given. Second parcel arrived on time and in good condition. Couple of the wines have been excellent and couple just ok. I also check the pricing as well as some are competitively priced whereas others I have found for similar elsewhere.
