We love winedrops- not a good delivery service
We love winedrops as a company however we don’t rate the courier service who they use.
The wines when they finally arrive are fantastic and very tasty but the last two times DHL have been really bad at delivering on time.

Experimenting with Winedrops but so far so good. Trusted, good service and the wine is good

Customer service helpful in sorting out request.

Some cracking deals, could do with some more variety and some simple app updates to make the experience even better but on the whole a good company and happy to support a new business

Great buying experience and great selection of wines not widely available at good prices only gripe is the delivery charges especially given the high spend on products

Easy to use, good delivery, customer support is ok. Only down side is the discounts shown are based on the highest price they seem to be able to find when in reality you can get it at similar price most of the time pretty easily.

Very often great savings, and most of the time you can’t get these wines on the high street, so kind of exclusive.
£90 a year seems a lot but you’ll quickly save more than that if you drink wine regularly

A nice selection
Lots of interesting wines pop up almost on a daily basis so lots to tempt you. Some very extravagant but some very reasonable.

Jonny the Owner was very helpful
First experience wasn’t great but not terrible, Jonny the Owner really went out of his way to help me and resorted my faith. I have received some beautiful bottles of wine that I wouldn’t ordinary buy & I have also received some of my faves at a reasonable price.

Great way of having good quality wines with good descriptions that give you confidence to try different wines and styles

Very good wine delivered quickly with good communication.

Lots of really great wines at discounted prices. Only giving 4 stars as ideally I’d like to pay less than £10 a bottle which matches some good supermarket options, but I like the variety.
