Lots of good deals. Only thing I grumble with is that you get charged for the bottle when they go into your cellar instead of being charged in bulk when you dispatch.

I now have a better understanding of this company and appreciate their app isn’t straightforward to produce. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic

It’s very frustrating you pay your subscription order first case of wine pay for it then can’t get on the app anymore via phone number or email to sign in no contact number to ring

Love this site but frustrated by the lack of ambition. Even the off the beaten track section contains zero skin contact or orange wines. Surely you can hook up with Wayward or another interesting importer and sort that out. Please. Love you guys. Want to give you five stars! Get some orange and bio-dynamic in your quiver x

I have only been here a week and the wines on offer are good quality. There are a small number of real bargain wines at £5 but mostly they are north of £10-15 minimum. I am not looking forward to the membership fee and may cancel before then plus I have just been charged £6.99 for my first case of 6. Being charged as you go along is good, the site quite simple and easy to use, not no proper information on the wines themselves.

Thought was going to just get the bottle sent out but it didn’t. As soon as I asked I was informed about what I needed to do and then got it sorted and sent out.

I have received my first of box of 6, the delivery was quick.

Love all the wines that I’ve had delivered and delivery is brilliant – super quick and constantly being informed and updated. I love that you get recommended new wines each week too. Only thing I wish we could search for wines easier. But definitely recommend!

Easy to order, reasonably quick delivery. Go for the 12 bottle box to save delivery charges – difficult to work this out initially but adjust the amounts in the CELLAR on the app. Great wines and decent pricing too

Someone called me soon after signing up and the concept is pretty self explanatory. I like that it pushes you to try new things and the style of wine writing. I’m waiting for delivery of my first crate.

The wines are fine and prices fair, but the discounts nowhere near as generous as they say

Great that bottles can be purchased as you go & stored.Wide choice of wine almost daily though prices are not as low as initially suggested.Disappointed to have to pay an annual fee as well as a delivery charge on each box.

Quite impressed with wine drops . Although sometimes they offer a wine you have in your cellar that’s not been dispatched and they bring the price down further but you don’t get it for the same price which is annoying.

Really enjoying buying wine from here. Not all the big brands as originally thought but some really great producers and introductions to new regions and styles.Definitely worth getting involved.

The App is very user friendly and seems to know when I may be susceptible to purchase another fine, good value bottle of wine. The app could be enhanced to include tasting notes from customers and this would also help me to remember which wines I particularly enjoyed.
