I signed up to a ten day free trial however the annual subscription amount was take from my account before the ten day trial was up. I have requested a refund from the company and am awaiting a response. Update - quick response from Winedrop to say they are refunding amount taken. Sadly no apology for their error. Rating reviewed to reflect response.

New to wine drops so having a few teething problems managing the app and orders

Nice enough wines but frustratingly failed delivery twice. Included champagne as a gift that will arrive too late for a birthday.

Not to my taste sadly, a combination of where it was almost a little too sweet initially but then left an odd aftertaste on the finish. Not for me. (review of Lacheteau, Cabernet d’Anjou Soupcon de Fruit, 2023)

Lots of interesting wines at seemingly good prices. Disappointed to receive a bottle of Vielle Ferme wine in the £8-10 lottery. Won’t be bothering with that again as overpaying for pretty average wine isn’t Winedrops selling point.

Disappointed in quality as more of a weekday wine at that price than a wee kend special. Early fruit nose dies and goes flat quickly . 2* is better (review of Casal Farneto, Crisio Verdicchio Riserva, 2020/2021)

The prices look very good but this was the first time I have used the app and could not find a way to make up a mixed case of wine I wanted to buy.

This really needed time to breathe. Straight out of the bottle, it was lip puckeringly acidic. Liked it well enough but not really my taste (review of Briar Ridge, Dairy Hill Shiraz, 2022)
