I’ve just placed my first order with Winedrops and I’m looking forward to receiving it — fingers crossed everything arrives in great shape. So far the experience has been smooth, but I do think the app could benefit from a couple of improvements. An ‘add to basket’ feature would make browsing and ordering much more convenient, and a straightforward in-app refund option would add a really useful layer of reassurance for customers. These additions would make the overall experience feel more complete and polished. I’ve ordered from Winedrops on multiple occasions and the quality has been consistently good every single time. The one remaining star reflects a little room for improvement, but overall it’s a solid and trustworthy experience that keeps me coming back.

We recently purchased a box of six Scaranto wines, and they were absolutely delicious — and very reasonably priced too. Delivery via DHL was prompt and punctual, which was a pleasant experience overall. My only real gripe is that the monthly membership fee wasn’t made clear in the original advert. As someone who doesn’t drink frequently, this kind of ongoing cost isn’t particularly cost-effective for me personally. The wines themselves are genuinely enjoyable and I have no complaints on that front — it’s just worth being aware of the membership structure before signing up, especially if you’re a more occasional wine drinker like me.

The ordering process felt a little clunky and, at one point, I found myself purchasing more than I had intended — and reversing the order was more difficult than it should have been. I was also unsure why you have to manually instruct despatch rather than it happening automatically. After placing my order, the item was showing as out of stock and I received no confirmation email, which left me anxiously waiting with my money already taken. On top of that, I had to pay extra for delivery, which came as a surprise. That said, when the order did arrive, it came very quickly, and the wine itself is absolutely delicious. With a few tweaks to the checkout and communication process, Winedrops could make the overall experience as good as the product itself.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to stock up with purpose and confidence.

The wines from Winedrops are genuinely superb — no complaints there whatsoever. However, the digital experience leaves a little to be desired. Navigating things as an app-only platform can feel somewhat cumbersome, and a more polished, user-friendly website would go a long way towards making the overall experience as impressive as the wines themselves. A small gripe in the grand scheme of things, but one worth addressing. With a product this good, it deserves a platform that matches its quality.

I’ve been a member of Winedrops for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The wine selection has been consistently impressive, with some truly fabulous bottles that have been a real treat to discover. The prices are very competitive, making it easy to explore quality wines without breaking the bank. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent — attentive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, Winedrops has been a great find, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy quality wine at fair prices.

I’m new to Winedrops but decided to take the plunge and give them a go. They’re currently offering a very reasonable claret at a third of the usual price, which caught my attention. After reading through the terms and conditions carefully, it genuinely seems like an offer worth trying. I’m hopeful that there will be more great deals to come — watch this space for an updated review once I’ve had a chance to experience more of what they have to offer!

Like many companies, getting someone on the phone can be tricky, but I did hear back from Glenda at Winedrops via email when our DHL delivery went wrong. Only one of our two wine boxes arrived, and while these things do take time to sort out, Glenda followed through diligently and arranged a replacement for the missing six bottles.
