Once I got logged out and it took a while to get back in, but otherwise the app worked well!

You can’t view the wine prices before signing up and I somehow managed to sign up for a year on the app without meaning. However customer services were very helpful and I changed to a 3 month trial. The wines all seem well priced and when I requested delivery they came the next day. I’ve tried some wines that cost more than I’d usually pay and most have been good, although I was disappointed in a Sancerre I ordered that was very average. Overall a good experience

So many wines with mostly informative stallholders. The festival was far too short, only a few hours in the timeslot, it definitely needs to be an all day thing to be able to try more wines! The unused tokens were easy to convert back to store credit and dispatch and delivery of the items was super quick. Would have loved some time to actually buy food but there really wasn’t any so that’s my only complaint! Otherwise it was great in a big spacious venue and not overcrowded.

Great event. A bit too much admin with tokens, qR codes, registration etc actually event was great could have been an hour longer.

Went to the Winedrops event and got to discover their wine selection, the membership and was able to try wines I wouldn’t usually go for because we could taste the wine we wanted.I am now ordering cases of wine as a result and the price is so good for the value.They also have a annual membership which is around 10 pound a month which allow you the have even better prices on their selections. If you like wine this is a good place to get it from.

Great value for money….really good for Christmas presents and shopping! Good advice from experts around the world who don’t take themselves to seriously and know good wines!

Great venue and wonderful selection of wines.

Fantastic value wine but be careful when ordering – the basket automatically confirms an order once full, which wasn’t clear. I over ordered as a result, thinking the basket had a glitch and wasn’t saving my choices!

Fantastic range of wines from all over the world

The festival was fun, with a variety of wines to sample, all the vendors were friendly and knowledgeable. Tried some really lovely wines and the food stalls were delicious too.

So far all wines ordered have been really good, I’ve been very pleased with the service.

Wines seem to sell out quick so much be good value. Most wines are £20+ with a small % less tag than this.Just ordered my first batch. Les see.

I managed to open an account easily, selected a nice bottle to get me started.It’s all very easy and SO much cheaper than your run of the mill wine merchant

The ordering process and deals are slick, however the sign up process could be clearer, I wasn’t aware I’d proceeded to the trial, which then ended and I was charged. Having sucked it up I am quite enjoying the process but more transparency would certainly have been appreciated. Not sure I’ll renew based on that.

Arrived on time. Quality of wine fantastic. Will buy again. Hopefully some great new options to try top class wines at discounted price.

Interesting way of buying wine

The wines are great and amazing value. I did find the purchasing a bit tricky and had to email to find out how to buy a mix of wines. The response was very prompt and helpful

This wine seller offers an interesting range of wines that you won’t find on the shelves of the big supermarkets. Some are affordable for almost anyone; some are much more expensive. The “drops” are the deals that are dropped into the app each day (usually at least two every day). I have so far bought 18 bottles, and I have drunk about 6 of them. One was a disaster, one of those rare “off” bottles, and I was quickly refunded via a store credit added to my account. One of the wines was nice – fair value but nothing special. The others were very nice, I would buy them again.The app needs a bit more development to make it as user-friendly as I would expect, but it does the essentials well. I am approaching the end of a 3-month trial period, and there’s a good chance that I will remain a member beyond the trial period.
