Good deals, although the places they compare their prices to tend to be pricey places, but overall worth the subscription assuming you order plenty across the year as I do. The one time I had an issue the customer service was outstanding.

Some really interesting wines available. Also some good discounts but be wary – discounts often massively overstated.

Trustworthiness

Always looks to help the customers and gives the cheapest prices for many different champagnes and wines. One thing that can be improved is the amount of choices as there is around 100-200 only.

This is great for wine lovers however, over the Christmas period there was a two week free period and other than just stopping the access to this app it did an annual subscription. I was told in an email that I would at a £60 refund with an in app purchase however this charged my bank account. 4 rating for this as this is a great app for wine lovers however, this is overpriced for an annual subscription and how the two week free trial was done I do not like.

Great wine at great prices. On occasion, we have found the same wine cheaper elsewhere but not by much so still a good deal.

Customer service is exceptional and the team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Delivery charge is disappointing. I feel that if I have paid for an annual membership, and spent a couple of hundred pounds on an order, I shouldn’t have to pay for delivery.

Tip: maximise the number of bottles in your cellar before having your order dispatched to make the delivery cheaper.

The £90 membership was a surprise because I didn’t read the small print properly but the team were kind enough to give me a partial credit in wine which is fair enough as I guess I should have read what I was signing up for 🙂

Good range of wines I might not have discovered via more mainstream outlets.Winedrops make it interesting and the mystery bottle feature appeals.
