Great delivery service ..
Whilst the wine is an interesting selection their Courier DPL are excellent. Always deliver in the slot they give me and very obliging . I would have given 5 stars if the drops had more reds. For me too much French wine and too much white wine. 1 of each every day would be good.

Amazing wines
Overall not a lot not to like can be challenging not to buy all that is offered.

The wine is delicious. However, communication wasn’t the best when my first delivery was damaged in transit. I felt like I had to chase up what was happening. Another order was processed luckily in time for Christmas.
I find the App not very user friendly for simple information like delivery times.

Quality of wine
The company has a good selection of wine and delivery is prompt. The annual charge and delivery costs might put people off. The option of storage until you have 6,12 etc bottles is a good idea and the quality of wine to date has been good.

Most of the wines are a little expensive

quick and easy to use. good prices but sometimes not market leading and you have to research wines as they state scores on different vintages to the ones they’re selling

I have to start by saying this is a trust worthy company! And if you can do it! Your knowledge and expectation of wine will change!!
They should be 5 stars but all the monthly fee with delivery fee is where the consumer might as well buy in store. It all adds up!!!
The short time I could afford to be a member the deals and wine were, honestly out of this world. If you have the cash to splash I highly recommend. Until the company can afford to lower monthly fees or include delivery charges. I’m afraid I can’t rejoin.
As I said brilliant premise, brilliant staff, and wine!! Just not within my price bracket.

Good customer service the guy I spoke to was great. My delivery arrived quickly. Only issue is the wines are quite pricey as this is marketed as trying to save you money most wines are in the £11-25 mark

We were intrigued at first on viewing winedrops Instagram ads so put our details down and received a phone call from one of the very kind team explaining everything. So far we are pleasantly surprised by the number of wines that pop up on the app within our typical budget, and we can’t wait to try our first box over Christmas! We have used NakedWines and VirginWines in the past and we enjoy that the Wine Drops bottles feel more authentically from the vineyards, judging by the labels written in all of the original languages!

It’s really interesting having a daily wine drop. My niece recommended this and I’ve loved it. The only reason it’s 4 stars rather than 5 is I was disappointed with the quality of the Mystery bottle. Apart from than a fun experience and I wil know more once sampled.

Cool idea but not really suited to my budget. Yes you make savings on expensive wines but delivery costs and monthly subscription all add up. I will enjoy the free trial but don’t see it saving me a lot as not many wines in my budget.

Great wines, great prices, easy system. Doing some amazing work. Only missing a star as a wine was missed on the delivery and there was no follow up about the delivery so had to contact about it myself

Great selection of high quality wines with helpful tasting notes, would like to see more white wine, It would be better to have a monthly fee as an option.

Good range of high priced wines few low priced (under £20) good delivery time although delivery does cost £10.

For a nominal membership fee I’ve had access to some stonking bottles. You have to get used to the frequency of accumulating enough to trigger shipping but no complaints here. Occasionally the savings aren’t as great as others but with wine prices increasing constantly, and saving is welcome
