A good selection of wines, from all over the world. Some great deals to find, however, sometimes it can be difficult to know what’s a good deal and what’s not, the wines are price compared to other places, but typically not to the best price available. Winedrops is definitely the cheapest and very convenient, but not to the extent that it appears on the app.

Useful trial
It’s useful to have a trial but unfortunately the main shop isn’t available on a standard/trial membership which defeats the object of it. Would like to see wines in my price bracket.

Lovely wines, and the best part… I choose what I like. Also a great opportunity to try and discover new flavours and favourites.

Winedrops have great occasional deals on wine and I have been able to take Advantage of them.

Quite often though the price shown for bottles before discount is more expensive than it actually should be except for when they have great discounts as mentioned preciously.

I had a terrible delivery experience ( due to yodel) and their customer experience team did a great job in making sure I would still receive the bottles or get a credit for the bottles that were stolen.

First time buyer
Really easy discussion with the salesperson. Didn’t feel like a sale but cleverly led towards it. Not an issue as wanted to try the service. Have purchased first 6 bottles and and transaction was smooth. Was promised that a bottle would be placed on the account and it never was. Have also never received an invite to the What’s App group. But wine is good.

Good value. Would like to see more South African wines.

Great deals, although some times the price showing as the RRP is not absolutely correct, as a simple Google search allows to find better prices. But in 6/10 drops the price is certainly more competitive on Winedrops. Have been using for 4 months and intend to continue to do so

The wine is great, the new app is great and the customer service is great. Only downside is having to pay an annual subscription with no monthly option.

New to the app. Was told there were more variety when joining up.
Will wait and see.

I really like the concept and looking forward to sampling the wines I have chosen, I am disappointed that some of the wines don’t hang around for longer or that you cannot reserve some over maybe a 7 to 14 day period.

Interesting concept. Like that cost is spread as you add wine to cellar, then delivered after 6 accrued.

Overall very good
Easy to order through the app with a good variety of wine. If you’re looking for a really cheap wine, this is not the place if on average you’re spending £10-£15 per bottle then this is perfect. Some great wine on here at fantastic prices. Would recommend but the cost of postage will soon mount up. I pay £25 for a years worth of postage from a different Wine Club so I think this is something they need to look at.

Free trial with different wine offers every few days. Cheaper than the high street, a good opening offer on a bottle of Whispering Angel too.

Some great Italian reds this time.
Delivery works well. I enjoy the game and get chance to buy some great Spanish red and classic Bordeaux.
I’d like to see some of the nine Beaujolais areas wine,at knock down prices of course!

Great wines at a good price; very efficient delivery model. Ordered at 21:00 on Tuesday, arrived by midday on Thursday.

It took a little bit to undershot it works, I emailed customer services who were super helpful.
Impressed with things so far. Bought 12 bottles and saved my membership fee!

Good customer response
I found the same rosé considerably cheaper (20%) than Winedrops advertised and they matched the price. Very helpful but also good to shop around.

Very responsive customer service
First delivery was smashed which I had planned for a special event which was disappointing but the response from customer service was great to give me credit for my next order which arrived fine

Great wine – very happy. Quick postage. Taken off a star for the price of delivery as that what pushes up the price to a little bit too much.

No fantastic wines amongst the selection. Disappointed there’s nothing exceptional there. Won’t be trying this expensive experiment again!
