I was rather frustrated after signing up, as I quickly found myself on the receiving end of frequent promotional messages encouraging further purchases. More concerning was that a larger amount than I had anticipated was taken from my bank account — and, honestly, I wasn’t entirely sure I had signed up for a subscription at all. I would genuinely appreciate some clarity from Winedrops on exactly what I agreed to and why those charges were applied. Transparent communication from the outset would go a long way toward making new customers feel confident and informed rather than caught off guard.

It’s not as good as the blurb makes out ,with Ice it’s very much like a flat aperol spritz and not a very good one .

Always fun to have a surprise bottle ,it was ok but wouldn’t have paid more than £10 anyway

The website and app are a little tricky to navigate at times, which can make the experience feel slightly frustrating. Pricing also varies quite a bit depending on when and how you sign up — the best deals tend to be available when you first join Winedrops. It’s worth being aware of that before committing. With a few improvements to the user experience and greater pricing transparency, this could be a much smoother service overall.

If you are comparing this wine to super Tuscan’s all I can say is that you must have a problem with your taste buds.

The wine arrived within a few days, which was fine, and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. However, when I later checked my credit card statement, I noticed an additional charge of £119 that I had not authorised. There was no reference attached to it, no additional wine ordered, and no explanation whatsoever. I’m hoping Winedrops can clarify what this charge relates to, as it is a concerning discovery and I’d very much like it resolved.

Slightly disappointed. Typical Barolo but not the best I’ve tasted. Decent wine though.

Very quaffable and refreshing when chilled, but, with little flavour, it’s little disappointing, especially given the description.

Winedrops offers an interesting and varied selection of wine lines, which I appreciated. However, I’d advise a degree of caution when browsing the website, as the experience can feel a little pushy at times — almost as though you’re being hustled into making additional purchases or decisions you hadn’t planned on. The range itself is worth exploring, but a more relaxed and transparent online experience would go a long way toward making customers feel more comfortable and confident in their choices. With some improvements to the site’s approach, this could easily be a four or five-star experience.

It’s a nice wine, very drinky, but I would have been very disappointed if this had cost £300. Perhaps I was expecting too much, it just didn’t quite deliver the punch I hoped for.
