I have recently joined. I’m still not sure about the offering. The average prices shown are optimistic! A brief search on the internet will always show the wines being offered for a similar price from other vendors although not consistently from the same one. I’m keeping an open mind about the service until I have used it further. Many suppliers offer free delivery once a threshold purchase has been reached. The cost of the yearly subscription and the delivery charge eats into the alleged discount claimed. I hope my cynicism will proven unfounded!

WINEDROPS sell some great wine.But, guys, stop charging this BS annual charge just for the privilege of buying your wine. Just stop it: in a word, GREEDY.

Very pleased with my 3 month subscription including a free bottle of Whispering Angel. I enjoy seeing the “drops” which are particularly good value.

I have to be honest , I signed up to this site with hesitation and was surprised to see the initial charge leave my bank ,entirely my mistake , I hadn’t read it fully , however I for a penny I ordered six mixed bottles and was very pleased when they arrived swiftly.I like the site and the wine descriptions are obviously written by someone who enjoys their job .I have yet to open the wines but will feedback in due course but have already ordered a couple more so look forward to continuing this journey and hope some of the previously advertised offers reappear as I want a member then so missed out .

Good way to purchase a range of wines at good prices. The big name wines are often not that much cheaper than elsewhere or in supermarkets when they have offers on.Be wary of the integrated vivino ratings, when I scanned them at home they were usually lower than what it said in the app.

Love how easy it is to explore new wines in the app! The sales team is attentive but never pushy. Being able to build my own mixed cases and use the cellar to schedule delivery at my convenience is a game-changer.

Easy to order, and the wines are genuinely good value. Delivery adds around 90p per bottle, which adds up a bit—but everything else has been great! Would love a free delivery option on 12-bottle orders. Fast dispatch, very happy overall.

Love the concept but dislike that you have to subscribe to see how it all works. It is easy to unsubscribe though so still 4 stars. I want to try the wine and service before I commit to a subscription.

Proactive Sales team but not pushy. Have enjoyed browsing the app to see which new wines have arrived and like how I am able to mix and match my cases and it’s great having the cellar that allows me to group my purchases together so that I have a delivery at my convenience.

Good value and great for discovering wines. Restocking after reservations can be slow, but I’ve only disliked one so far.

Really appreciate the flexibility of building a case at your own pace — such a clever idea. Some deals are genuinely impressive (though I agree, always worth a quick check). The new app takes a bit of getting used to, but overall it’s a great platform. A few more New World wines would definitely be a welcome addition!

Had a problem with Winedrops taking money out of my account when I had only 1/2 filled in application form. When I contacted them I had to fill in a form with many questions to be answered.I then got my money back …. worked out ok in the end.

Good recommendations and value for money. Not so good at restocking within suggested timescales once reserved.Overall a good way to learn a bit about what to look for and only once had a wine i didn’t like.

Love the system of filling your create in your own time then auto delivers when it’s full. Some discounts are very real but always recommend double checking. New App harder to navigate but overall a great way to buy wine.Would love to see more New World wines on there.

I was a bit unsure at first, but Winedrops is the real deal. You pay a subscription fee, and in return get access to unique, quality wines at discounted prices. You can pick and choose what you like, and once you’ve filled a case of 6 or 12 bottles, it gets shipped out. So far, every bottle I’ve received has been great. While the discounts may not always be as dramatic as advertised, the savings are still real and the quality is definitely there.
