While the issue wasn’t caused by Winedrops, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, and Winedrops handled the situation reasonably. The courier claimed they made a delivery attempt, but our security cameras showed no evidence of their presence on the specified date. Unfortunately, I’ve now lost the chance to get a case of Rioja, which is currently unavailable.
