I placed an order for a case of wine but they had run out of stock. I was emailed to say that I had been upgraded to a similar wine. The order arrived the next day. What great customer service. They were always reliable on delivery. The only reason they lost a star with me is out of the 70 bottles we bought, 2 were corked. They also gave us an opportunity to purchase wine we may never had tried before. Variety at a good price is their USP, but only subscribe if you drink alot of wine. wink wink.
