Had excellent experiences with winedrops. Great value and wines that i can’t easily find elsewhere. A very usable app with plenty of info, and when I had one little issue with the app i was helped immediately by Joan and everything was sorted.

I had ordered some wine at Xmas that I’d previously ordered a few months earlier. The initial batch of wine was amazing. The subsequent second delivery of the same wine was extremely disappointing. I talked to Edicil at Winedrops and he explained very clearly that this should not have happened and I’ve been reimbursed the full amount. I’ve had not further issues over the past 6 months and enjoyed the wine and the service.

After an initial mix up in relation to the age verification process. I had fully intendedbto cancel my membership and had began the process. Winedrops contacted me and fully explained that there was indeed a small technical glitch associated. They immediately put this right and they very much made a very unexpected kind gesture, (well more than one), to make up, for the unfortunate situation. I am delighted with the Customer Service and also glad that I have not cancelled my membership. I am looking forward to saving a small fortune, on some really nice wines, in the next 12 months and more !
