Fantastic, smoothly dry, easy drinking drop of bubbles served at a drinks party last night. Excellent value, punching well above its price tag. It held its own with a variety of foods, from lamb and mint, to spiced chicken, blue cheese, and also chocolate, dates and raspberry petite fours.
