I had ordered some wine at Xmas that I’d previously ordered a few months earlier. The initial batch of wine was amazing. The subsequent second delivery of the same wine was extremely disappointing. I talked to Edicil at Winedrops and he explained very clearly that this should not have happened and I’ve been reimbursed the full amount. I’ve had not further issues over the past 6 months and enjoyed the wine and the service.

Good wines unlike what you find in stores

They were always reliable on delivery. The only reason they lost a star with me is out of the 70 bottles we bought, 2 were corked. They also gave us an opportunity to purchase wine we may never had tried before. Variety at a good price is their USP, but only subscribe if you drink alot of wine. wink wink.
