The site and wines are great . Fast delivery. But there is a lot of marketing hype and lots of ads and prompts for reviews which is annoying if you just want to get on and buy wine!!

Friendly company with lots of positivity and encouragement to find wines that suit individual taste.

Time limited selection of top wines at an affordable price which I select episodically. The value can be fantastic in my experience and delivery is pretty slick and reliable.

Decent Pinot Noir. A bit of an after taste which was unusual but the wine gets better with airing! (review of Mount Riley, Pinot Noir, 2020)

Wine drops are great & a great saving on our favourite wines, what lets them down is the delivery. This is the 5th delivery & every time there has been a delay or a mishap! Not good enough considering delivery cost

Customer service and delivery ace barely started wines yet

Let’s start with the downside, it’s a subscription service. £120 upfront. First case of 6 got swapped and delivered without asking myself if that was ok. Fortunately the wine was ok. So far the fine I have received has been of good quality, delivered quickly. Wine rack now stocked and just need to start getting through it…
