The app itself is simple and reliable, but there are a few things new users should be aware of. The “buy now” option charges your debit card immediately, and unlike most apps and websites, there is no shopping basket where you can review your selections before committing. I also found the in-app chatbot of limited help, and I couldn’t locate a customer helpline phone number. A proper onboarding guide explaining how everything works would be a welcome addition for newcomers. On the plus side, responses to my email queries were both prompt and genuinely helpful. Overall, a promising platform with some room to improve the user experience.

Winedrops offers a good range of wines and is genuinely convenient to use. However, there is one frustrating issue worth flagging: it is possible to accidentally add an item to your basket and have the payment processed almost immediately, without any confirmation prompt. One misplaced click and the order is placed before you have a chance to review it. A simple confirmation step before completing a purchase would make the experience much smoother and give customers greater peace of mind. Overall a solid service, but this is something that really should be addressed.

I was really pleased with the discounts available through Winedrops. It’s always a welcome surprise to find genuinely good deals on wine, and Winedrops delivered on that front. My order arrived on time, and I had been eagerly anticipating trying this fantastic Italian Red. I’m delighted to say it tasted even better than I had hoped — it really exceeded my expectations. Wonderful work from Winedrops; this is excellent value and a wine I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a great Italian Red.

The wine selection at Winedrops is genuinely impressive — quality across the board and well worth exploring. My only gripe is that I wasn’t fully aware of the membership fee before signing up, which came as a bit of a surprise. It’s on the higher side, so I’d recommend checking the details carefully before committing. That said, if you’re a regular wine drinker who will make the most of the service, it could well be worth it. A little more transparency upfront about the costs would go a long way toward making the overall experience feel even better.
