Very easy ordering system and up to know wine has been good delivery a little expensive

The delivery arrived a little before the time quoted which was good as I didn’t have to spend time waiting around for my delivery

I made my first purchase about 3 weeks ago just after joining. The wine prices were more expensive than you had led me to believe but the quality is excellent and so far so good.

The quality of the wine is exceptional

I accidentally upgraded my membership from the free trial and was charged £90 for the year instantly. Although this aspect of the app could be improved going forward, I sent an email and Ricky called me back 20 minutes later, and was able to give me a refund.

Great speedy service and lot of excellent wines on offer. One minor thing that could be improved would be if perhaps there is no delivery charge if you order 6 or more bottles. Overall I really like this company!

Winedrops have sent me the wrong case of wine which belongs to someone else. The app has NO option for returns. The website has none either. My only recourse has been to email the help address which does not help my dinner guests sample my carefully curated wine selection this evening. Very disappointed as I assume the person who has MY wine will also be :(UPDATE: Jonny Inglis called me, personally apologised, and is sorting a redelivery. He also issued a £40 credit voucher and promised to instal a ‘Contact Us’ form into the menu of the app. It’s taken a while but thats a pretty good customer service recovery I’d say. Bravo for listening Winedrops. From 1* to 4*

After a tricky start to managing the app.
We have ordered our first box of wine this week and had them delivered. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the wines. What a good start to our journey with Winedrops xx
