Didn’t advise me of fee. Took £119 even though I have no intention of ordering from them and had not received any prior warning. Appealed through refunds process and got my money back. I see from other responses that they say reminder emails are sent but did not receive any of these at all so suggest this is something you should improve. Rating updated to reflect refund guven

Not sure about the £500 mark. Decanting and aerating takes the harsh edge off the young wine. If it sounds too good to be true it often is ? Springs to mind. That said it’s ok (review of Chateau X, Pauillac, 2023)
