Unlike other reviewers I found communication to be really good. I had the free trial, during which time I added just three bottles to my case. They kindly extended my free trial but even then I only added one more bottle. I cancelled and requested for the four bottles to be sent (£6.99 postage). They arrived quickly and were nice enough, but I just wasn’t blown away. Then, even though I cancelled I was then charged £25 a few weeks later for the subscription price. This was swiftly refunded, after a couple of emails and phone calls, but felt really unnecessary considering I’d already cancelled. I think if you’re strapped for time, have a bit of cash, and want the ease of someone sending you the wine offers, and are willing to trust what you are being told (that the wines are mind blowing and life changing!) then go for it. I’m happy to seek out good bottles myself usually, and look out for bargains at bin end sales and in the supermarket – so I’m probably not the target customer to be fair! But it’s certainly a reputable business, comments that it’s a scam are unfair. Just not for me, but glad I tried it.I wanted to give Winedrops 3 stars, but was contacted by them to change it to 4. So here it is – a 4 star review for a 3 star experience.

Love the idea and a great way to experience a variety of wines, and I think the prices for the wines are fair. However, with the subscription and expensive delivery, I feel that it isn’t as good value as expected

Wine arrived quickly and definitely a real saving. App and ordering system not always clear, but came through in the end, would use again. Like the drip feed of wines per day.

I only like Rose wines but as promised they delivered as soon as I hit case of 6Good delivery and its great that you get WhatsApp messages offering you a wine to buy out of what you wished for. You have to pay a members fee every 3 months so still saving against original price.

I love this set up. It is so easy to manage and some really good offers. We all love wine and I bought a special Pomerol for a family weekend at a price that I could afford (normally 3x higher). It was a gorgeous special wine that was thoroughly enjoyed. It has also made me try different wines and up my wine game!

Good selection of wines and fast response rate, however as there is a very large product selection, it is a bit unclear whether there is stock or not, would be great if we could use a website to check current stock as there might be some old wines still available (tbh they always respond on time whether they have it or not)

I have been happy with the offers so fair and the saving on the wine I chose is unmatched as far as I can tell. Good communication and quick delivery.

I didn’t realise that I would be charged a £90 membership fee after the free trial period, so I requested a refund which was processed quickly and I received the refund within 2 days.
