Had a lovely call with one of the wine experts who answered all of my questions about Winedrops. They were also kind enough to give me a longer free trail due to my pay day being later which I feel really added to my experience and made me more keen to join. Also a lovely list of wines to choose from and the response on Whatapp are always so quick! Wine then delivered to the door, the process couldn’t be easier 😍😍

Great selection of interesting and different wines at good discounted prices. Due to the membership fee, buying more increases the value for money but most bottles are £15-£20 or more, so depending on budget, it can affect how valuable the service is.

Some great wine and typically a good price. Comparison often a little exaggerated but like being able to order range of wines, most at good discount, and get delivered when I want.

I use winedrops to help me find new or interesting wines without having to put in too much effort. The process is simple, delivery is fast. The only thing I’d change is making it easier to see what’s in a half built case.

I find Winedrops to be an excellent experience – it encourages me to try new wines and I love the information sheets that are sent out via WhatsApp that I can then browse with each bottle I buy. My only criticisms are that many of the more “well known” wines (which they advertise themselves as having) are never available and their admin is poor – so I have been charged several times for orders never made. Still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend though and have discovered some really nice, new-to-me wines as a result too!

Some really cracking wine at great prices. Some at about the same price as anywhere else.The app could be better, it just lists what you have bought previously. It would be good to look back at what you have bought to click on the wine and read the notes, re-order or comment etc. That would be 5 Star!

I’ve used wine drops for over a year now. Communication is very good in my own experience, any issues or questions I’ve had have been dealt with quickly, including refunding a faulty bottle – I’ve probably had about 5-6 cases from winedrops.Good selection of wine at a good price – winedrops are always the cheapest when I’ve looked however, the % saving is often inaccurate. I’ve found some new favourites through winedrops and think that they help make wine more accessible, the write ups about the wine are simple and easy to understand and it’s nice to just be recommended things, it’s the closest online thing to being in an actual wine shop that I know of.The case builder is a big plus for me, if you’re not in a rush to have wine delivered you can add wines to a case and when the case is full, they send it out to you. Delivery works out at about £1 per bottle.I would have given 5 stars, if the % saving was more accurate – even if it was given as a range I think it would be better. I have also noticed that wines are being repeated more often now, that might be me being fussy though.Overall I would definitely recommend it and regularly do to other people.

Great service. Love trying different bottles of wine and the descriptions too. Would like more rose though please. Options are definitely favored more to red
