What looked like a good online deal, ended up being a poor selection of wine, that nowhere near reflected the ‘savings’ they indicate on the advert. In addition, they automatically enrol you into a subscription service, where they take the annual fee upfront, without any ability to cancel, even if you are unhappy with the wine choices, prices and customer service.

I wish I had not ordered from them. They are also extremely inadequate in managing their customer service.

90% sure this is a scam

The website is easy to use. The site gives you the RRP and the web average price. I found this to be very accurate. I have had some great discounts and the wine has been amazing. I have saved over £500 in discounts.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service surrounding my deliveries. For at least the third time, DHL has dumped my case on the front step and falsely claimed it was left “behind the gate.” This happens even when I’m at home—most recently around 7:30 PM on a Friday—yet they don’t even bother ringing the bell.

I’ve raised this issue with Winedrops repeatedly, and each time they assure me they’ll discuss it with DHL. But nothing ever changes. It feels like complete inertia on both sides. Instead of fixing the problem, Winedrops occasionally pacifies me with a free bottle of wine, which does nothing to address the ongoing lack of reliable delivery.

I expect better from both the courier and the company using them, and it’s extremely frustrating to see the same issue happen again and again with no real action taken.

They have taken money out of my account and I haven’t authorised this do not buy from them

Winedrops are a first class company they sell top quality wines are excellent prices and deliver as they promise I would fully recommend them for any of your wine orders

Was forwarded a screenshot of Winedrops offer on a case of 6 Whispering Angel rosé wines. Downloaded the app, ordered the offer and the wine was delivered 4 days later. The price was very good value for money and the all round service was top drawer. Many thanks.

The selection is wide ranging: across many price points and regions, and the pricing is always competitive. Took a little while to get used to the app and dispatch protocol, but once familiar the process is both pleasant and efficient.

Some great savings on wine! It’s really helpful if you’re big lover of the wine and like fancy wine. I however managed to buy wines that I would normally pay in the shop up to £10 and so far they have all been very nice.
