Very efficient service and good selection of wines. However, you can find similar prices for most offered wines online. They are taking the highest retail price as the benchmark, so the savings are a little debatable. That said, very happy with the service so far.

I was a little sceptical at the start when I seen the advert on instagram, I put my details in and a representative called me the following day. He was very professional, polite and helpful, I was at ease and completely reassured when we were finished. Very smooth process and the reduction in prices in fantastic. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the company.

Wow wow wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a father, unable to drink alcohol, as he ends up in hospital, having to get a drip, with massive migraines.

Growing up, I was able to drink, but after a couple, end up with the worse possible migraine’s.
(not talking about hangovers, I am talking about 30min-to 3hours within drinking something)

As I grew older, I could drink less and less (variety wise) ending with only a handful of options, (Castle Lite, Gin or Vodka)
But recently, I could not drink anything, or I would end up with the worse possible pain, that I thought my head would explode.

(this goes for me, my brother, and sister)…
We thought, its a family curse, transferred from father to children.

I explained to my wife, I am making the decision, having any form of drink, is not worth the pain I have to endure…
And then she started doing research, and decided to give these Wine Drops a try… And ordered me some.

Guys…
This is a miracle, in a bottle.

For the first time in ages… I can enjoy a drink wirh friends,without dying minutes later with a migraine.

This is amaaaazing.

You managed to have a product, that cures whatever condition I have, and would be forever thankful!!!!!

Title: Frustrating Experience with Subscription Model

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this service. I found myself unexpectedly signed up for a subscription, and when I realized the fee had been charged to my account, I immediately sought a resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with a frustrating process that left me feeling trapped.

Despite not having completed my profile or even wanting the subscription, I was forced to navigate an app to cancel it. The customer service was unhelpful, refusing my request for a refund. It’s incredibly disheartening to feel like there’s no recourse for customer service issues, especially when mistakes happen.

While the product itself may be good, the subscription model and lack of support make it a gamble. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you encounter any issues, you may find yourself stuck without a solution. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the store or directly to the retailer; they’ll handle refunds without the runaround.
