Items arrived quickly, but process not explained well. Hadn’t realised items were being purchased rather than being placed in a ‘basket’. So didn’t have a chance to fully review selection.

Update on 23/5/24: They have refunded my membership fee so fair play to the company.They offer you a free 10 day trial then £7.95 a month. But, in the trial you don’t have full access to the wines on offer, only the ones they let you see. So you think, for £7.95 let’s see what else they offer. But, on the 11th day they charge you £90 for the year. When you get access to the site you realise that the wines are not great and quite expensive so you cancel only to be told that you cannot get a refund or continue membership. Its a scam

Just a great company and great wines. Customer service very good

Absolute scammers! Hesitated because of being asked for card details the second you load up the app.

So I didn’t bother.

I then had a call from them to insist ‘nothing is taken, card details are just for when you order wine’. So I reconsidered and entered my details.

Them BAM. 5 attempts within 60 seconds to take £90!!!!!! For a ‘1 year membership’.

No thanks!!!

Should have trusted my instincts.

Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

Great value and quality wines
I have had my second delivery from Winedrops since starting to use them earlier this year. All the wines from my first selection were excellent and very competitively priced.
I have recommended them to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

New app is great. New wines all the time, with the ability to pick up some now firm favourites again when they re-appear. Delivery times and notifications much improved. If you aren’t afraid to try something new there is a lot to explore, and feels good value for money.

I have only just joined up an the service so far is very good looking forward to my box of red wine

Shocking. Take money never receive any confirmation or how to purchase wine. Offered £90 credit. Open account and balance £00. No contact telephone number
