It’s a different way of buying wine, makes it more interesting as you get a chance to buy some different wines.

Overall very goodEasy to order through the app with a good variety of wine. If you’re looking for a really cheap wine, this is not the place if on average you’re spending £10-£15 per bottle then this is perfect. Some great wine on here at fantastic prices. Would recommend but the cost of postage will soon mount up. I pay £25 for a years worth of postage from a different Wine Club so I think this is something they need to look at.

Wine drops avoid at all costs This company is a scam
This company is a scam, they start by telling you about all the discounts they can get you on wine, telling you it’s £7.50 per month then they offer you a bottle of wine for£10 and tell you they are going to email you the link for the app ask for your card number then take £10 for the wine and £90 for membership! Not once was I told or asked if they could take this money as they tell you it’s £7.50 per month, when I saw it flash up on my phone I questioned the salesman who said I would have to go through customer services and then put the phone down!
Cannot find a telephone number so have emailed them & have copied reply below ! Absolute joke.

So sorry about that. The annual subscription of £90 (basically £7.50/month) has to be taken in one go, we don’t operate any other way.

IMPORTANT: Cancellation must be done on the app. We do not process cancellations on your behalf.

To cancel, open the app. In case you haven’t got it downloaded, go to

Next, tap ‘Current Membership Plan’
Tap ‘Update Membership’ and then tap CONTINUE
Follow the steps to cancel your account!

As written in our welcome email, we cannot refund the membership fee. Since we don’t make profit on the wine, it’s the only thing that allows us to operate as a business.

However, I do understand the disappointment here.

The best I can do is add £90 store credit to your account, which can be spent on anything you want on our app. I have just done this now for you.

Any order you place on the app now will deduct from this £90 credit automatically.

Given our average discount is ~35%, you’ll be able to get ~£120 worth of wine with this store credit.

Thanks so much for giving us a shot in the first place, and I’m really gutted you’ve been disappointed with us so far. I’m hoping that this £90 store credit offer restores the faith!

Great concept, let’s see what the wine is like!
Really good app once you’ve had the chance to familiarise yourself with it. I signed up for the free trial but hadn’t had time to look properly to asked and it got extended. Just had my first box of wine delivered, can’t wait to try!

Excellent customer service and extremely efficient & speedy delivery. Look forward to enjoy my wonderful selection of wines.

Only down side was you had to put 6 bottles into your basket before being dispatched, each bottle payment is taken from your card when you put it into your basket not when the whole order completed. But I understand why this is done.

Ive never had a bad wine yet
It’s easy to click on what you want to order, I’ve never had a bad wine yet. My only wish is that there were some screw tops but that’s just personal.

Very impressed so far. Definitely worth the subscription fee and have had some fantastic wines I would never have tried before.
