It’s useful to have a trial but unfortunately the main shop isn’t available on a standard/trial membership which defeats the object of it. Would like to see wines in my price bracket.

Just signed up recently and bought great wine at a great price. It was delivered promptly without issue. I even made an error in my first order and was worried I wouldn’t have time to change it as everything is done by email, however it was all amended that day. A very positive experience so far! Access to great wines at affordable prices. I normally order just one or two at a time and wait until 6 bottles triggers a delivery so the cost is spread out over a few weeks making cost easier to budget for. Brilliant idea!

Really easy discussion with the salesperson. Didn’t feel like a sale but cleverly led towards it. Not an issue as wanted to try the service. Have purchased first 6 bottles and and transaction was smooth. Was promised that a bottle would be placed on the account and it never was. Have also never received an invite to the What’s App group. But wine is good.
