Overcharged; appalling “customer service”; once they have your money, they are not interested. I think that they must get their friends and families to submit the good reviews. DO NOT be conned in to buying from these people.

6 bottles ordered, only 5 arrived. Contacted customer service had an initial response and since then it’s silence. No resolution to the issue. 3 days of no contact. Limited channels to get help (no phone number or live chat) very frustrating experience. Most likely due to a picking/packing oversight.

When the wine arrives its good, however my deliveries keep being aborted if no one is in at the address, this should be organised better! the communication is very poor if anything goes wrong! My credit disappeared, took a good few days for a reply via email. I suggest telephone line? or better help. I am waiting for my latest order, which i am told comes automatically after order 6 wines on my £199pa gold membership. Its not arrived (this is the 3rd time) i have no idea if its been dispatched and cant find a way of finding out on the app (unless i being thick), so i have emailed via ‘help’ and response is niot helping??

Step 1. Open the Winedrops app.
Step 2. Tap ‘Cellar’ from the bottom menu.
Step 3. View your previous orders and current delivery progress to find details regarding your order.
If you are still waiting for your order, you can also check the delivery tracking link that you received via email. Use this link to track your delivery in real time through the DHL Web App. If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, you can contact customer support at help@winedrops.co.uk with your order number for further assistance.

If I could leave a rating below 1 star, I would.
I ordered an introductory case of wine, which had not been delivered after a week. When I had not received the wines after 1 month, I was convinced that it was a scam. What made it worse was when I was charged for a subscription of £119.00. Then what made it even worse, was when they charged me a further £119.00 the following month. When the company were replying to my emails, I was never convinced that I would get any satisfaction from them, in terms of a delivery of wine and a refund and cancellation of subscriptions. Then they ceased replying to emails. I am a determined person, honest and just. I enjoy wine, and all that I wanted was to try some different ones. Needless to say that I would NOT recommend Winedrops.

My front door faces onto the street had a msg courier didn’t have access to my property so no delivery was made. I requested a refund and they haven’t even bothered to either deliver what I paid for our refund my money Shane on you

This is an amended review as a result of my experience with Winedrops customer Service. Previously I left a 1* review and comments. However, Winedrops have worked very hard to rectify the issues with the wine delivery and the initial responses to my order and as a result I have amended it to 4* DHL e-commerce are the reason for the star drop, their response to my change of delivery date was very poor resulting in the delivery being returned. Winedrops have now prioritised the re-delivery of my order and refunded my subscription, due to the order return affecting my ability to cancel within the free trial period. Very satisfied with Winedrops response.

I’ve been drinking wines for over 50 years and still drink it knowing absolutely nothing about it, leaving that to the experts. Reading tasting notes can I suppose give you some idea as to the tastes of the person writing the notes. The thrill comes when you actually open the bottle and taste it for yourself, each one being different in its own right, that’s the thrill.

Never a problem. If you have an issue (never with the wine) delivery, real age or ordered by mistake. A quick email and it’s put eight straight away. Order with complete confidence and great wines with great savings. Would highly recommend.

Winedrops, again! Hats off !! This has become my magical go-to wine destination. I’ve discovered an easy way into curated fine wine buying. Much better than standing in aisles of supermarkets taking an ‘educated guess’. I’m very happy to say there are wines for every budget, I do love a bargain, and tons at steller low prices. Some of the more premium wine offers have also managed to creep into my basket, treats right?!! If you’re like me and not fantastically knowledgeable about wine then you find the Winedrops app particularly helpful. Each wine has information on: tasting notes, region and both customer and expert reviews. They’ve managed to carefully balance the amount of information. Supermarket websites are barren by comparison. It’s hard not to feel you’re slowly absorbing a little knowledge, and future wine bore . The app notifies you when new wines become available. At times this has felt overwhelming with too many updates. I’ve opted for just push notifications. Turning off emails helped, but still, a way to fine tune even more in the app would be ideal, e.g. 1 email mentioning a batch of new wines have arrived, with just 3 examples, 1 red, 1 white, 1 fizz? Unfortunately decent wine, even on offer isn’t cheap. Much respect then to Winedrops for keeping the prices as low as you’ll find in the UK. They also price match if you do find cheaper . I’ve found delivery to be very quick, just 1 or 2 days. I would recommend choosing a collection shop to avoid those “We missed you” notifications, although this may just depend on your postie. Customer service has been great, so far just general enquires but responses were quick & helpful. My tastebuds have been dazzled and I’ve saved a small fortune since signing up. My issue may be temperance… but… then again… Christmas… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
