I even received personal calls to help make my membership work. Every wine I’ve picked so far has been fantastic, and the prices are just unbeatable.

I have just joined and I am disappointed that the membership was not made clear and that transactions were taken without a basket/cart and checkout.
I immediately cancelled my membership and claimed a free bottle to which another £6.99 was immediately taken for posting! This is misleading the customer and is wrong – just by claiming a gift you take money out of my bank account!
I shall be posting on other social media platforms NOT to trust your integrity and honesty when purchasing wine.
