Some great wines available at a reduced price. Lots of choice and the key is to look out for the game changers. Big brands that you can buy for special occasions as well as some good value cabinet stockers

I have only been with Winedrops a few months but am enjoying the experience so far. There is a temptation I think to buy the most expensive wine with the highest discount just to say you have a bargain however maybe that’s the wrong approach – I think maybe I should simply buy from the region I most prefer!

Good so far – a couple of sneaky charges to be aware of.
Good so far – different to other wine subscriptions but a real mix of wines are available and the app encourages you to try new / different wines which is a benefit. Just double check pricing on google before buying as sometimes the deal is not as good as it seems.

£90 subscription per year seems fair however, this could be more transparent when signing up. You also get charged as soon as you select the bottles – something to bear in mind. Delivery is fast and via decent couriers but is pricey (suggest putting dispatches on hold and waiting to get larger deliveries as this is significantly cheaper). Wine can be ‘stored’ for 90 days free of charge and is then subject to a fee. Again, this could be made more transparent in the App.

All in all a pretty decent experience that’s different to any other wine subscription I’ve had but some sneakiness in disclosing charges is something to be aware of.

Skeptical at first – I don’t buy a lot of wine so wasn’t sure if it was worth joining. But I have managed to get some real bargains and great wines.

Love the delayed shipping – so you can take your time filling a box.

Some wines are extraordinary value, others are a bit misleading but if you shop carefully, you can get real bargains. The app is so easy to use but be on your toes, the best value offers disappear very quickly
