Pleased I joined and think I’ve made some substantial savings over the annual fee. Would get a 5 but they don’t accept returns if wine is corked or off and one of my recent bottles definitely wasn’t nice. A shame as a great company otherwise.

Disappointed that a wine I wanted to order said lots instock but when I ordered my quantity it said only 2, but kept sending me emails saying lots instock

Great quality wines at a fair price.
Enjoy restaurant wine list favourites at a fraction of the price you would pay on an evening out. Information on each bottle is second to none, providing great tasting notes and guidance on the grapes, regions and vintage.
Mobile app is quite clunky and difficult to navigate. Often hard to find/revisit the deals that are sent through via app notifications. Would be useful to save or “favourite” a wine without having to purchase it.

Surprised by the quality of the wine and that it was available here and at such a great price. Finding unusual yet unique wines which I haven’t been able to try from elsewhere.

Great app, with fantastic access to wines I otherwise wouldn’t have experienced. The initial subscription is a little steep, but I have definitely saved over the the year so far. The interface is still a little clunky, feeling like a website that has been adapted into an app, but it has already come on leaps and bounds in the last year. Definitely worth trying out!

I really like the concept of this company compared to other online wine companies. I like the fact that I only need to purchase one bottle at a time rather than select a case in one go. I also like the fact that I can get delivery of 6 bottles rather than a full case.

Good service, nice variety of wines but not convinced about the amount of discounts being claimed. In some cases it is possible to bag a real bargain, but most bottles are not as heavily discounted as is being claimed when compared to other sellers. Worth trying if you’re happy to be patient and spot the best deals.

I have been using them for about 4 months now. I like the app, I like the process and they sell good wines at good value. Initially their delivery was a bit iffy but they seem to have sorted that. One star knocked off due to delivery charges.

Really enjoying sampling the wines that are available and like using the app. I would like them to be more realistic with what wine is actually worth, however look forward to using Winedrops long into the future
