Very pale straw in the glass, green pear and apple on the nose, then some unexpected touch of sweetness of tropical lushness, well balanced though with enough minerality. We had it with surf and turf bbq served with sweet chilli tomato jam and it set off the spice beautifully. Enjoyed for what it is, but it’s not a Sancerre

However, there is one frustrating issue worth flagging: it is possible to accidentally add an item to your basket and have the payment processed almost immediately, without any confirmation prompt. One misplaced click and the order is placed before you have a chance to review it. A simple confirmation step before completing a purchase would make the experience much smoother and give customers greater peace of mind. Overall a solid service, but this is something that really should be addressed.
