Ordered wine, and when I had not received it, I contacted Winedrops, or whoever they are. A month later still had not received any wine. Over £150 worse off I can’t describe it any other way than SCAM. Avoid the trouble, cost and waste of time.

2 days later £119 was taken from my account without authorisation.

Be careful when using this app.

I started filling out a form after an ad on IG, but closed the page after I saw all the extras. 6 days later, 6 bottles of wine appear on my doorstep and £150 missing from my account.

The paperwork said to contact winedrops.co.uk but the site is not there, the only other contact place is help@ and they aren’t responding.

I’ve checked junk, deleted and spam files for any email confirmation of purchase or membership confirmation and there is NOTHING. I don’t know what happened but it smells real bad…

My advice is NOT to deal with this “company”. I’m still waiting for a refund after several months. Once they have your money, they are not interested. and will not engage. They were happy to engage when ordering. Not worth taking the risk of losing money, not getting wines, ordered, and the hassle of trying to get your money back. Maybe not make you bankrupt. Its the principle!
