The wines are excellent, and the delivery service is highly dependable. They call you if you’re not at home to get guidance on where to leave your order. Great wines at affordable prices, but you need to purchase enough to offset the annual fee of £119. However, that can be achieved quite swiftly!

Wines were delivered quickly, and I’ve enjoyed all of them. However, in my latest order, only one box arrived, accompanied by an email indicating that the other box was damaged. Edicel from Winedrops promptly replied to my email, and I received a credit for the value of the missing wines, along with an additional amount for the inconvenience, all on the same day. I have no complaints; the customer service was excellent.
