Lovely service on the phone and via the app. Easy to understand the navigation of the app and what is included within the subscription. A lovely wide range of wines and quick fast and sustainable postage and packaging. 10/10 for me!

Customer service is second-to-none. Responses via WhatsApp and email within 24hrs, with all issues resolved with no hassle.

Delivery is swift (less that 48hrs!) although a touch pricey at £12.99 for 18 bottles. Recouped on the price savings, I must say.

I’m such a fan that I’ve quit my other two wine memberships and will use Winedrops exclusively from now on!

I love this app! We have never ordered a wine that we don’t like and in many cases we come back for more. Always a great selection available and so many amazing offers! Customer service and communication is fantastic.

Words can not describe this new and vibrant business. They have wine’s that I’ve never seen so cheap and some real rare gems. It’s the perfect place to order wine from, no matter your palate.

Great wine, at great prices. Won’t find this stuff in the supermarket, so you’ll have to sign up to get these exclusive deals. I’ve been with them for over a year now and don’t go anywhere else for my wine.

I was very skeptical at 1st but still joined & I am so glad that I did - I reckon I have already got my membership back in savings ( judging on what I paid for the same wine) & the products have been delivered well packaged & with super speedy dispatch - really pleased with every bottle I have bought

The wine we had delivered was great. I did a bit of reaserch on all the bottles i purchased. And found that I really did get a good deal
