Firstly I would like to thank Jonny & Michael who dealt with my order and misunderstanding. Their customer service is second to none.

I had issues logging in and understanding the T&Cs. This was rectified very quickly and I completed my crate yesterday, I was informed that it was sent that night. To my surprise it was delivered by lunchtime today.

I think Winedrops is brilliant. Easy to use app, quick delivery and I recently had an issue with a delivery that didn’t arrive, due to DHL and they credited me within minutes. Great customer service and really enjoy that I am trying new wines I wouldn’t have previously tried.

How have I not discovered Winedrops sooner.It is an excellent way to pick up good wines at very discounted prices. It also provides an opportunity to try wines that one would otherwise only read about.
