Great customer service - good communication when I had some initial confusion as to the subscription plan. Jonny and the team addressed all concerns and there are bloody bargains! Great for gift buying and personal consumption of wines I wouldn’t usually try due to price.

Great value for great wines. Good descriptions to understand which wines would suit a customer’s palate best. Some of the price benchmarking should be taken with a pinch of salt though.

Very easy to use the app, with some fantastic deals with 40% 50% and sometimes 60% off retail price. Would be crazy to not use this.

Loving my Winedrops journey! It’s given me an opportunity to buy amazing wines at heavily discounted prices, I’ve had access to wines I wouldn’t ordinarily have easy access to so it’s broadened my horizons. I’m finding I’m becoming more adventurous by trusting the recommendations I’m reading on the App, plus it’s all just so user friendly!
