Excellent app with great service and some superb wines at great prices

have had quite a few wines all very good or interesting. Loved the black Friday. had issues with one delivery - but that was DHL’s issue who lied and stated i had refused delivery. Has excellent comms and a credit note, so ordered more bottles. I then had the original delivery 5 days late from DHL, contacted winedrops to tell them, as i thought honesty was always the best policy, but sadly Winedrops then cancelled the lovely wines i had ordered (without consultation as to whether i still wanted them). In all i am really enjoying the app and to be fair the comminication with Michael has been excellent. I would therfore highly recommend

Had my first delivery (of 36 bottles!) today - really worked well, great price, easy to control when/where shipping happens. Has made me buy more wine then I intended though because the daily drops are just too hard to resist …. Excellent company / app / wine !!
