This is a small company with excellent customer service. The courier (DHL) lost the order and they had refunded me within 3 hours. Very impressed. The wines pretty good and diverse too!

I ordered a box of Bestheim Cremant D’Alsace Brut Premium for Christmas. The ordering was so smooth and efficient. Unfortunately I had extensive road works and no space at front door. He managed to make the delivery and was such a pleasant guy. And to top it off wonderful wine and so cost effective!! Great wine company!!
