This bypasses the typical UK chain: importer → distributor → retailer. And Declassified / surplus / parcel buying.

If this wine walked into a bar, it’d be the guest everyone turns to greet! Bold, charming and just a tad bit mysterious. It straightaway had a burst of Morello cherry and blackberry, smooth, just like perfectly ripened fruit. Then I got the dried red berries, with oldworld swagger, followed by a whisper of herbs, a real wink from the kitchen garden. Generous wine, with tannins that felt like a warm hug, rather than a wrestling match. This wine has got serious layers, and will only be served to impress, or kept for myself. I will definitely be buying tons more! Thank you Winedrops ❤️
