Good App, first time buyer

Everything initially ran seamlessly which was great but then a delivery didn’t arrive. Would be a 5-star if they’d have sorted it without me contacting them. However once I contacted them they refunded me the cost plus added 20% to my credit which was excellent. I’ve used them without incident several more times and will continue to do so. Great service ‘Winedrops’.

It took me a while to work out that there isn’t a ‘search’ button and that ‘shop’ was how to search. I wanted easy drinking white. No such thing on Winedrops. I need to read up on my grape types. Other than that, my sample order was good, as was my first selected order. Just placed my second order.

Haven’t tried the wine yet, hence 4/5, but ordered yesterday at 14:30 and it was delivered before noon today. Excellent service!
