Some really cracking wine at great prices. Some at about the same price as anywhere else.The app could be better, it just lists what you have bought previously. It would be good to look back at what you have bought to click on the wine and read the notes, re-order or comment etc. That would be 5 Star!

I’ve used wine drops for over a year now. Communication is very good in my own experience, any issues or questions I’ve had have been dealt with quickly, including refunding a faulty bottle - I’ve probably had about 5-6 cases from winedrops.Good selection of wine at a good price - winedrops are always the cheapest when I’ve looked however, the % saving is often inaccurate. I’ve found some new favourites through winedrops and think that they help make wine more accessible, the write ups about the wine are simple and easy to understand and it’s nice to just be recommended things, it’s the closest online thing to being in an actual wine shop that I know of.The case builder is a big plus for me, if you’re not in a rush to have wine delivered you can add wines to a case and when the case is full, they send it out to you. Delivery works out at about £1 per bottle.I would have given 5 stars, if the % saving was more accurate - even if it was given as a range I think it would be better. I have also noticed that wines are being repeated more often now, that might be me being fussy though.Overall I would definitely recommend it and regularly do to other people.

Easy to order - really enjoy being sent the wines via WA. You’re made to complete a preference when signing up, which doesn’t seem to relate then to the choices that come through. But fortunately - I like most. I prefer it to other subscriptions I’ve been a part of in the past, the sales approach isn’t aggressive.

Lots of good deals, and speedy delivery when your crate is full! I’m looking forward trying a range of wines and restocking my cellar for a reasonable cost

Unlike other reviewers I found communication to be really good. I had the free trial, during which time I added just three bottles to my case. They kindly extended my free trial but even then I only added one more bottle. I cancelled and requested for the four bottles to be sent (£6.99 postage). They arrived quickly and were nice enough, but I just wasn’t blown away. Then, even though I cancelled I was then charged £25 a few weeks later for the subscription price. This was swiftly refunded, after a couple of emails and phone calls, but felt really unnecessary considering I’d already cancelled. I think if you’re strapped for time, have a bit of cash, and want the ease of someone sending you the wine offers, and are willing to trust what you are being told (that the wines are mind blowing and life changing!) then go for it. I’m happy to seek out good bottles myself usually, and look out for bargains at bin end sales and in the supermarket - so I’m probably not the target customer to be fair! But it’s certainly a reputable business, comments that it’s a scam are unfair. Just not for me, but glad I tried it.I wanted to give Winedrops 3 stars, but was contacted by them to change it to 4. So here it is - a 4 star review for a 3 star experience.

Love the idea and a great way to experience a variety of wines, and I think the prices for the wines are fair. However, with the subscription and expensive delivery, I feel that it isn’t as good value as expected

Wine arrived quickly and definitely a real saving. App and ordering system not always clear, but came through in the end, would use again. Like the drip feed of wines per day.

I only like Rose wines but as promised they delivered as soon as I hit case of 6Good delivery and its great that you get WhatsApp messages offering you a wine to buy out of what you wished for. You have to pay a members fee every 3 months so still saving against original price.
